SLLA Selects PSI Professional Security and Investigation (PSI) And Will Start July 28th

PSI Professional Security and Investigation (PSI) will take over management of the North and South gates on July 28 at 2:00 pm. The company began roving security patrols on July 7th and has already made a positive impact on keeping our community safe and secure.  

With regard to the gates, PSI will enforce the “100% ID check” that has been part of our standard operating procedures for several years, although it was not consistently implemented. Please remind your guests they will be asked to show ID in order to get a hang tag.  

The Safety &  Security Committee is near completion of its enhanced software and gate hardware solution review. An Open Meeting discussion is planned for August 11^th. In the meantime, our contract with PSI includes, at no additional cost, technologies and guard accountability processes that will better deliver on the SLLA’s security priorities.

Please be patient while this management transition takes place. And welcome the guards as you would like to be welcomed when starting a new job. We hope our relationship with PSI will be a long and mutually beneficial one.
