MGM Studios will release DOG a movie about soldier handlers and their War Dogs.
Seven Lakes resident Dave Nielsen, an Army Special Operations veteran and Combat Assault Dog handler will be in the movie and also has a role as consultant.
Dave and his dog Pepper who was killed by an enemy soldier while on deployment to Iraq in 2006 was recently honored with a permanent plaque at the Wall Of Honor dedication in November.
