The LASC will be hosting its annual Ride-Around-the-Lake event on Saturday, July 24 starting at about 10 AM (weather permitting.)
The idea is simple: LASC volunteers will skipper their boats and give people a nice, leisurely ride around our beautiful lake. The event is aimed at newcomers and/or people who, perhaps, have limited lake access, but is open to all SLW residents and their guests.
It is a great way to enjoy our lake, to see the lakefront houses from the lake perspective, and get some history from the LASC captains. If you are interested please email Stan Makson at stanmakson@gmail.com. Tell us how many people and the number of children under 13 years of age.
