Will This Become A Familiar Sight In Seven Lakes?
There is a move to bring a Food Truck Roundup to a space on Seven Lakes Drive on weekends.
Similar to weekend events in small towns throughout California “the Roundup“ would include a wide selecion from local food trucks offering fresh prepared food from Crab Cakes, BBQ, Burgers, Tacos and Breakfast fare to Sno Cones.
To give back to the community plans are in the works whereby the food trucks would donate 5-10% of their sales to local funding for a variety of projects from road repair to Christmas events.
The Roundup will feature 4-5 weekly vendors, with trucks rotating in and out to provide a variety of food selections week to week.
